Q1. Where are you from ?

2015　中国　中南大学　粉末冶金研究院　材料化学専攻　学部卒業
2018　中国　中南大学　粉末冶金国家重点実験室　材料工学専攻　修士課程卒業

I brought up in Shandong Province, China.

I graduated from Central South University, Powder Metallurgy Research Institute, and received my Bachelor’s degree in 2015 (Material Chemistry) and Master’s degree in 2018 (Material Science and Engineering).

Q2. Why did you decide to enter our lab ?

I researched on the cathode materials for lithium ion batteries in my previous university and possessed large enthusiasms for development of energy storage devices. When I decide to start my PhD course overseas, I regarded Japan as good selection because of the similar cultures and good research levels, and I also know a little Japanese language that might be enough to handle my daily life. I know Uchimoto Lab when I searched for laboratories from the national founded universities in Japan, and I connected Professor Uchimoto when I checked the website of Uchimoto Lab. Finally, I decided to enter our lab because professor is very patient, and our lab could provide me many good chances that I am interested, such as the deep experiences on the synchrotron facilities, encouragement for attending many conferences.

Q3. How do you feel our lab ?

Our lab is always providing us very outstanding facilities and daily experimental conditions so that we could finish our research without any troubles. We also have many co-researchers from all over Japan and even foreign institutes and we can easily do many intercommunications. Professor also has unique insights on research and good collaborations with large entrepreneurs. I can do the interested research by my favorite ways.
